My Feelings

My feelings for you did not change since we became friends.

Your smile brightens my day,

I loved when you walked me to class almost every time,

but that all changed when someone had to ruin it all.

You said this was the best for 'us'.

We were never meant to be together

even though we both know we like each other.

Now we rarely see each other;

I, a junior, and You, a senior.

Sometimes we get to see each other by accident,

but when I try to get you smile,

you don't smile and asks me, "What?"

One time I saw you all dressed up and

we met up and when I smiled,

you finally smiled and hugged me.

That was the only time I got you to smile.

I miss talking to you, having lovely chats,

and smiling together.

In total, I just miss you.
